About the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists
The Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) is a global membership qualifying body
that sets and maintains standards for education, practice and professionalism in Architectural
Technology. It is the only body permitted to award the regulated and protected qualification,
‘Chartered Architectural Technologist’.
About the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists
The Chartered Institute for Archaeologists (CIfA) is the leading professional body representing
archaeologists working in the UK and overseas. CIfA promotes high professional standards and strong
ethics in archaeological practice, to maximise the benefits that archaeologists bring to society.
About the Chartered Institute of Building
The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) is the world's largest professional body for construction
management and leadership. CIOB establishes standards, conducts training courses and provides
support, guidance and formal qualifications to individuals and companies to promote the science and
practice of building and construction for the benefit of society.
About Icon – the Institute of Conservation
Icon is the Institute of Conservation and plays a key role in championing the care of cultural heritage
